What is the refund policy for failed IMEI unlocks?
If the supplier node processes your IMEI and the unlocking code/result fails or yields "Not Found", your CyphraShop balance is automatically fully refunded allowing you to try another node or service. There is zero risk for non-processed devices.
How long does my UnlockTool or Software Activation take?
Software activations (UnlockTool, Chimera, Sigma) are processed instantly upon balancing your account securely through our system. In very rare high-load cases, please allow up to 10 minutes to receive your confirmation code mapped to your hardware.
Why is my order stuck on "Pending"?
An order remains "Pending" if the target supplier API is waiting on global remote queues (common for deep IMEI Carrier unlocks). As long as the System Diagnostics above show green, your order is actively processing exactly as expected.
How do I correctly submit a screenshot/photo for a Problem Report?
We exclusively accept direct image links to maintain security speed:

1. Take a screenshot of the direct technical error on the tool.
2. Go to postimages.org (No registration required).
3. Upload your screenshot, click "Copy Link" for the Direct Link.
4. Paste that link and your Order ID directly into our specific "Refund / Problem" service panel.
