Cancellation Policy

Effective May 8, 2026 Cyphra Shop

Important: Due to the nature of digital GSM services, most orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Please verify all details before placing an order.

1. Before Processing Begins

If your order has not yet been submitted to our supplier, you may request a cancellation. Your wallet balance will be restored in full. To cancel, contact support immediately after placing the order.

2. After Processing Has Started

Once an order has been submitted to our service supplier for processing, it cannot be cancelled. This includes:

  • IMEI unlock requests already sent to the carrier server
  • Server tool activations already applied to your account
  • Remote service sessions already initiated

3. Orders with Extended Processing Times

Some services have processing times of 1–14 days. These orders are non-cancellable once submitted, even if the result has not yet been delivered. If the service exceeds its stated maximum delivery time, you may request a review — see our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Incorrect Information

Orders placed with incorrect IMEI numbers, serial numbers, or device details are the customer's responsibility. Cyphra Shop cannot cancel or refund orders rejected due to incorrect input. Always double-check your details before confirming.
