• Payment is required before service processing begins.
• We accept top-ups via GCash, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT/Tether).
• Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.

5. Service Delivery

Processing times vary by service type and supplier availability. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each service listing. Cyphra Shop is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Process stolen or illegally obtained devices
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system
• Resell services without authorization
• Submit fraudulent orders or false IMEI/serial numbers

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Cyphra Shop, including logos, text, design, and software, is the property of Cyphra Shop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cyphra Shop provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
