Refund & Return Policy

Effective May 8, 2026 Cyphra Shop

Digital Services: Since our services are digital in nature, there are no physical "returns." Refunds are issued as wallet credits unless otherwise specified.

1. Refund Eligibility

2. Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited back to your Cyphra Shop wallet balance. Cash refunds (GCash, bank transfer) are available only for amounts exceeding ₱500 and are processed within 3–5 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following:

  • Your Cyphra Shop username
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)

4. Processing Time

  • Wallet credit refunds: Within 24 hours of approval
  • Cash refunds (GCash/Bank): 3–5 business days after approval

5. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate by contacting us directly. We review all disputes within 48 hours and aim for a fair resolution.
